Administrative costs: This cost will include Office, Internet Connection, Salary for the Employee(s), Cost of Equipment, Conveyance, Publication and Advertisement etc. Part of the money donated by the people will be used to buy profitable assets or will be invested in profitable projects with others. Thus the administrative costs will be met from the profit accrued by the income generating projects. To keep the administrative costs at a minimal level, the organization will start working with a single Field Officer. The Chairperson himself will keep the accounts and distribute the loan money following the appropriate formalities.
It has been propsed for the time being that 20% of the
money collected will be kept in a separate account, and invested immediately
to build up the income generating projects.
